Dear Olya:
I have no strong opinion on the keynote talk. But if you say non-ATLAS, what comes up in my mind is LHCb's 40MHz LVL1 trigger system. -- This is a big jump in the system.
As it was proposed already long before, people may think this is not quite new but still it is challenging system. (I checked if Belle II has some aggressive idea on Trig/DAQ but I understand their system is conservative.)

Dear Katsuo,
Thank you very much for accepting the role! Looking forward to work with you on this session. We will get in touch with more details once there are abstracts.
BTW, we are also looking for a keynote speaker, who could give an interesting talk on triggers/daq, in particular on future challenges, new ideas, what the limitations are in the current experiments and focus on ideas on how to break the barriers. Do you know any candidate [preferably not ATLAS] who would be a good candidate and who is an excellent speaker? Or perhaps, do you have a suggestion on topic of this special talk?
Thank you very much again and best regards, Olya
