[Tipp2014-loc] is proceedings deadline firm? - tipp2014-loc@nikhef.nl

      Question - are we going to keep strict deadline for proceedings or are 
we going to move it by N weeks? I have understood that current deadline 
means that people have to submit it to ATLAS within a week, so some 
people thinks it is quite soon...
So what can I answer them?
