Dear Sir/Madam, or who is in charge, I am planning to participate the TIPP2014 for 1. Discussion to prepare for the TIPP2017 organization, 2. presenting my talk. To go through the formalities here in China and for Visa application I need an invitation letter in well advance and I requested in Mar 5 and Mar. 7 and got no further information(see bellow). My question is that should I get the invitation letter only after making the registration with payment? Another question is my oral presentation is schedule in the track Data-processing: 3b) Trigger and Data Acquisition Systems(please see the mail in the very lowest part of this email from the committee), when/which day it would be? I am coordinating my trip with RT2014 and school which is in the same week.
