Hi, I would like ask a question about the registration fee for TIPP 2014. Can you clarify the fee for "welcome reception"? In my country, such fee in the registration fee is not permitted to be paid by the public funding. So I have to tell our university about it. I paid 550 euro for the registration.

Dear TIPP organisers, I wrote a few times about a problem I had with the timely submission of the TIPP proceedings. Due to the sudden death of a very near relative two weeks before the submission deadline I was not able to finish it in time and to submit it on the given date. I was trying to find out at that time if it makes sense to finish the proceedings and submit it later. Unfortunately I never received an answer to my emails. I am totally ok if you will not allow me to submit it later, but could you please answer me and tell me if there is a chance?
