[Tipp2014] My abstract was approved as poster but i cannot travel for visa issue

Dear Secretariat, Dear All My name is Benedetto Di Ruzza and I'm working in the Brookhaven National Laboratory (USA) I submitted a abstract for the TIPP 2014 conference and it was approved as poster presentation: https://indico.cern.ch/event/192695/contribution/114 Track 1B: Semiconductor Detector My trip was approved and funded by the Lab but unfortunately for visa issues I cannot leave the USA for the next two weeks and I cannot now take part at the TIPP 2014 conference. I would like to know if other people of my group (not coauthor of the work) can present the poster in my place due to the fact that this special situation arose only one day ago. Hello, I'm giving a oral presentation on Tuesday in the "I.e Novel Technologies: Session 1" at 11:00 with the title: "Wireless data transfer with mm-waves for future tracking detectors" Would it be possible to change the title of my presentation to: "Radial transfer of tracking data with wireless links" which describes the topic I'll present a bit more precise. On the agenda it's written 20 minutes. How much of this time should be reserved for questions? Thanks a lot Cheers Daniel

Hello, I'm dr. Carlos Maximiliano Mollo, I regitered online but my institute (INFN Napoli) has problems with bank transfers at the moment. Can I pay the fee in cash or by credit card at the conference? I will come to Amsterdam on Monday afternoon and then I can be there on Tuesday morning.
