Dear Organisers,
Thanks for accepting my contribution for the oral presentation under
Health and healthcare track. I am looking forward to presenting some of the
new results that we have obtained with our new tomography detectors.
However, in this mail I would like to request you for some help in the form
of waiving off the registration fee and if possible then providing some
local support.
Our grants tenure has ended on March 31, 2014 (end of Indian financial
year) and we were waiting for the new grants to arrive. We were told by the
funding agency that the new grants should arrive by April, 2014 but due to
ongoing general elections it appears that we may not be able to get our
grant anytime soon. Due to this reason we are under severe funds
constraint. In view of this, I kindly request you to please waive off my
registration fee and also provide me some partial local support, if
possible. This will allow me to attend the conference and present my talk.
I know its a rather late request but the situation was totally unexpected I
was confident that I will have our grants to travel to Amsterdam to attend
TIPP and give the talk.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Naimuddin
