I wish to state that due that due to some unavoidable circumstances I could not manage to pay for the registration yesterday. The reason is that due to elections in INDIA the the new project funds are delayed for another 3 months and old funds with us need re-approval letter which is again delayed till the new govt. formation, hence in no way I am able to pay the charges.

I therefore request yourself to waive off the registration charges and also consider request for free accommodation.
