Dear Organizers,

This is on behalf of the Conference committee of CMS collaboration at LHC.
CMS is interested in submitting many abstracts for the conference, and I
have
2 questions regarding this as the coordinator within the conference
committee.

1. In Indico, shall I submit all the abstracts with myself as the presenter?
2. Not in all cases the tracks can be specified exclusively. Or several
abstracts
may fall into multiple categories.

Could you kindly help me?
Kind regards -- Kajari Mazumdar

Hello,

One quick question:
Are there guidelines for the Summary?

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

Mircea

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to submit an abstract for TIPP 2014, but had a few questions
regarding the abstract submission form. I did try to search for the
answers before writing this email, but to no avail. Hopefully, answering
my questions will not take up too much of your time.

1. There is a field titled 'Summary'. Although it is not a mandatory
field, I am not sure of what should be written there as the abstract seems
to fit better in the 'Abstract content' field. What is the purpose behind
the 'Summary' field?

2. It is not possible to specify the 'Presentation type'. Is this
deliberate? Will there be any poster sessions, or will the conference only
consist of talks?

3. What is the difference between a 'Primary Author' and 'Co-Author'? I
assume that the former can change the abstract, but the latter cannot. Is
this correct, and is this the only difference?

Sorry if all of these questions have already been answered on your website
and I simply haven't been able to find the answers. Thank you in advance
for your help.

Yours Faithfully,

Hassan Chagani.
