[Tipp2014] Question about students financial support

Hello, I'm Jia Xu from University of Michigan. I found the information on the website about possible financial support for graduate students who will present at the meeting. As instructed, I went through the registration process, but didn't see anywhere I can apply for the support. Would you please provide the method I could register for this financial support?
