[Tipp2014] Registration for the conference dinner

Dear Sirs,

Could you please provide me with a link to register for the conference dinner (Heineken experience) ? I didn't do it on the regular registration process as I required a separate invoice and now I cannot recover the process.

Could I do it on site or there is a limited number of people accepted.
