Many thanks for the helps from you and your team up to now. As I indicated in my previous email I am planning to come to this conference. Now I have received the Schengen Visa and fixed my flight(I paid the registration fee also online). As I have to give a talk at the International Real Time school in the same week, I arranged my talk in the school on Monday June 2nd and come to Amsterdam on 3rd.
I have two talks accepted in 3b) session: 1. Sharing high speed optical data transmission links with Slow Control stream 2. Development of MTCA/xTCA/ATCA based instrumentation for particle physics at IHEP
I have checked the TIPP2014 schedule and I did not find my two accepted oral talks yet. So if possible please put my talks in the later days.

Many thanks for the notification of acceptance of my contribution. I am planning to come for presenting my talk, and also for the organization of next TIPP in year 2017 to be hold in Beijing based on discussion with Prof. Yifang Wang.
To prepare for my travel to Holland, I need an invitation letter from the organization Chair for the formalities in y institute and for Visa application. So could you please write me one in your earliest convenent time, so that I can start the process in well enough time in advance?
