[Tipp2014] Participation of a student to TIPP conference

Dear TIPP conference organizers, a student of our group has been accepted to give a talk on "The serial link processor for the Fast TracKer at ATLAS". He is scheduled on June 3rd. He is really happy to have this great and very important opportunity however, due to duties related to his studies that he can not move, he will only be able to participate to the conference for two days.
