[Tipp2014] Conference Fee for TIPP14

To whom it may concern,

I recently received the acceptance for my contribution to the TIPP14. Before doing the registration I discovered that students can apply for a waiver program to save the conference fees. Since my travel and lodging expenses are already very high and my supervisor has very limited funds available I was hoping you could waive the registration fee for me. Thank you very much for your consideration.
