[Tipp2014] Clarification about financial support for students

Dear TIPP organisers,

I understand from the webpage that it is possible for students to ask for financial support through registration and that for this a recommendation letter is needed. It is not clear to me how to actually request for this support.

I would appreciate to receive some clarifications about this. Thanks a lot in advance.
