Dear TIPP organisers,
I am in charge of coordinating conference submission on behalf of the CMS ECAL collaboration. I was wondering if it is mandatory to specify the speakers name at submission time or can we submit on behalf of the collaboration in case we have not decided on the individual presenting ?
