The website is really confusing and I ran into several problems. Timely reply will be much appreciated.
1. I created a total of 3 accounts because the transaction for registration fee couldn't' go through. The accounts are stephanie.su, stephsu, and stephaniesu. The one paid is stephanie.su (I attached the email confirmation in this email.)
2. I was trying to make reservation for the hotel. However, another conference registration fee was automatically applied (I can't remove it because there is "cancellation fee"). I have no idea how to fix this.
3. I was trying to make multiple payments on the hotel but, again, if I need to pay certain days first, there is "cancellation fee". Is there any way you guys can remove the cancellation fee so I can proceed booking my hotel?
This is urgent because I do not want to end up with no place to live.
