As the schedule of TIPP2014 from the web, I have submitted the abstract at 28,Feb. using the my google account in TIPP's indico. But the decision date(March-15) had past, I have no any response from the indico or TIPP. The following message is my info and the status is still Submitted. So,,, I don't know that my google account(no CERN account) was wrong or any perhaps reasons caused NO decision info. I'm looking forwarding to your reply. Thanks very much. Best regards to you.
