You may already have received communication about this from DAMIC 
representatives. I just wanted to reply to you in case you have not.
Unfortunately It will not be possible for me to attend TIPP2014 in 
replacement of my colleague Federico Izraelevitch to deliver the talk on 
the DAMIC experiment. May you still need a speaker from DAMIC please 
confirm with Dr. Juan Estrada estrada@fnal.gov.
If you have arranged already a new speaker from DAMIC, please disregard 
this message.

With deep regret I write you to let you know that, despite the fact that I will visiting Amsterdam this June for other purposes, because of unfathomable bureaucratic reasons at Fermilab, on behalf of the Department of Energy of the USA, I was denied to attend to the TIPP conference. The TIPP committee have accepted an oral presentation about our direct detection-dark matter search experiment, and we would like to offer the possibility that the experiment collaborator Professor Aguilar-Arévalo (CC in this email), from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, presents our work in the event.
