We will internally now advertise the talk to find a representative ... in that respect, could you give me an estimate of when a decision will be made on the 2nd abstract I submitted for the VELO so that we are able to advertise the complete set (1 or 2 talks) to the group at the same time?

I presume you are talking about the actual agenda as I still see me as primary author and presented on the page https://indico.cern.ch/event/192695/call-for-abstracts/8/ (this page I can only see once logged in as myself on indico so Kazu won’t see it but I guess you can as organiser). This is probably not a problem given what you say below.
