      Dear Arjen and Auke Pieter,
I am writing you regarding the TIPP 2014 conference that we are 
sponsoring (as CAEN ELS) together with our partners DESY.
I just would like to have from you some information about the exhibition 
that will take place at the conference:
- can you indicate the dimensions of the stand in sq. meters?
- will the exhibition take place Mon-Fri or will it last less than that 
(e.g. Mon-Wed)?
I will really appreciate this information since I was about to book 
hotel and flights for the conference and have to inform our DESY 
partners too.
