First, thank you for an excellent conference. It was well organized and it was especially nice to see the participation of students in the displays. Of course I would not have taken the time to write it I did not have a complaint. I had to leave on Friday rather than on Sunday and I assumed that according to the usual practice that 5 days notice was enough not to be charged. Instead I was told I had to pay for two full days. I was told that it conditions were in the "fine print". I really feel that this is unacceptable. Please express my displeasure to your travel agency. This is not the proper way to do business. At least one other person in my hotel was in a similar situation.
