Dear Panos,
Thank you for your letter and sending the template. Using this I realize that the second page remains being empty, and the body text (e.g., with Introduction) starts just from the third page.
I was checking through the sample template, and found out the same effect. Does it correct, or there are the special requirements to this?

we would like to thank you once again for your participation at WPCF in Amsterdam. We all hope you had a productive workshop and a nice trip back home.
As often done in workshops, we do not foresee publishing proceedings in this edition of WPCF in an organised way. If you are still, however, interested in preparing a writeup of your contribution to the scientific program, we prepared a template that can be found, together with some basic information from our side, in this page [1]. This template can be used individually from each one of you willing to prepare a document that can be uploaded to arXiv, indicating that this contribution has been presented at the XIIth edition of WPCF.
