Hi Alessandro, my suggestion is to NOT put it on the website, just mail it to the selected students. This ensures, that only them will be able to pay the reduced fee.
If you are not planning to support more students that the 40 or 41 selected now, you should ask Lennart to remove this option from the registration page.
I also do not get notifications about registrations and payments. I will check for the first time at the end of the early-bird-deadline.

ok I will send them this link and, at the same time, I will send everyone the final list of the 41 supported persons.
I fully understand the risk that someone not intended to be supported can register with the reduced fee and we will have to check for it. If this goes in the website I think is a good idea, as you suggest, that it is password protected.
At present I do not receive any notification of the persons that register and pay the fee (and I am happy of it :)). However, if there is a way to send me in automatic a mail when a person register asking for the reduced fee I can surely help and check myself that the names are the right one.
