[Sqm2017] conference fee reduction for Viktor Begun?

Dear Organizers, I am a speaker of the "Resonance Section" at SQM2017 on Fri 14/7. Due to the lack of funds, I am going to participate only from 13 to 15 of July. Therefore, I will miss more then half of lunches and coffee brakes. Could you please reduce the conference fee for me? P.S. I relatively recently obtained my current position, which does not assume any travel money. There were no time to apply and obtain any grants. I obtained a partial support from the money of my faculty, which are normally used to pay for paper, pencils etc., and, therefore, are very limited.
