I am Jacqueline Yan, of the university of Tokyo. I am delighted to be accepted to be able to give an oral presentation at the TIPP2014.
The registration deadline is 4/15. Before I pay the registration fee, I would like to ask the following questions.
(1) These few days in early June, I am very busy with my experiment at ATF2 (KEK, Japan). It is not impossible, but a little difficult schedule-wise to make the trip to the Netherlands during this period. If so, would it be possible to participate by remote connection ?Maybe by fuzebox, ect ...?
I have joined TIPP2011 (Chicago) before from remote.
(2) If it is possible to join from remote, would I need to pay the same registration fee as the usual person?

The deadline for proceedings submission is tomorrow, and unfortunately I cannot find the password that i need to access to my author's page. If worst case I cannot locate it at all, may I send my transcript to you instead? Please help me, it is the deadline, and I am rather in a desperate situation.

I am sorry for the extra trouble I caused. I located my password and was able to submit. In case of any troubles, I attach the files here just in case. I met the 8 page limit in the PDF, so I think this should be fine, but in the word file , I some how cannot delete the last empty page.
