Dear Organizers, one general question on the proceedings deadline: Are you sure that it is good practice to put a deadline on a Sunday? At the end of the day, you force plausibly all authors to work during weekend (which does not matter)... and thus generate an unwanted impact on their families... (which does matter). Putting the deadline on a working day does not come with extra cost and effort, no? Please consider this as feed-back and not as a criticism. I need a few days to prepare it, and then I need to submit it for the usual procedure review of the collaboration, which could take ~1 week. This means that for sure I will not be able to submit it to the conference by the 15 October. So before starting the writing I just want to ask you Is the 15 October really a "sharp" deadline ? Or do you think there is the possibility to submit the proceedings also later, i.e. max ~1 week after ? Thank you very much for any further information, Regards Fiorella

Dear Committee, Thanks for reminding me of the proceeding submission. I have a problem though. I didn't upload the license agreement while submitting the proceeding, and I only find out that there is no re-submission/edit anymore. Do you know if it is okay to send the license agreement by email (I attached the license in this email)? Or is there any other way to solve the problem? Sincerely apologize for this trouble I made.
