Beste MacOS gebruikers,
dear Mac users,
do you know the following problem with Keynote 11 (vs 6.5.2):
when I open an existing presentation I get the warning: "some images are missing, because they are removed from the document" (or something similar; I use the Dutch version of Keynote). Indeed the images are missing and appear as empty boxes with a question mark.
I stored the keynote file on DropBox - so my impression is that DropBox changed something in the permissions of the images. When the presentation is stored as “package” I see the images in the Data folder of the package.
Any solution how to get these images back in the presentation?
thanks! - Stan

Dropbox keeps old versions of files; maybe the images are still present in an older version?

Seems to be a known problem. Ugly fix:
=== Yeah, its been painful. An interim work around is to work locally on your keynote decks. Once complete, zip the keynote and copy to dropbox folder. Requires a change in behavior which leaves room for failure (especially in larger teams), interrupted workflows etc. Sitll it helped me crank some timely stuff out. ===

The latest version of Keynote (6.5.2) has a new option in saving files: Single File. Since images get scrambled in file packages, this might stop the problem.
I tried saving a keynote single file to dropbox with multiple images and they all showed up correctly after quitting keynote and opening again.
