Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am eagerly waiting to attend the conference. I will be happy to volunteer during the conference. There are few queries, I would like to ask you: 1. I had paid the reduced registration fee ( 190 euro as I have received the student support) by the provided link (http://onlinesales.uu.nl/sqm_ speciaal_tarief). But my indico page is showing the following massage: Your registration is awaiting payment Awaiting your payment. Check it out here <https://indico.cern.ch/event/576735/registrations/31946/#payment-summary>. I am worried about it, please let me know what should I do in that case. For verification of the payment, hereby I have attached the payment receipt. 2. Is conference banquet ticket included in the reduced conference fee (190 euro). If I have to pay for the conference banquet ticket, can I make the payment at the registration desk ? 3. As under the student support accommodation is arranged in the hotel "Hotel Theater FIGI <http://figi.nl/hotel/> (Zeist) ". I will keep my accommodation in the same hotel for during the conference. Dear the SQM2017 Organizers ! I did not get your answer so far (the message to you was sent on June 14). I have discussed the situation here in FIAS with Marcus Bleicher, and he suggested to write to you again. Obviously, my bank has changed my credit card rules, therefore, at this moment I can not pay you via internet (by buying it through your web page). I certainly will come to Utrecht at SQM2017 with the talk. I suggest that I could pay the conference fee at the site by cash (or may be even my credit card since it is accepted, e.g., by the hotel booking and when I buy tickets at the desks in train stations). Please, tell me if it is OK with you as soon as possible. Otherwise I should drastically change my plans for participation in SQM2017.
