Attached the proposal for the forum poster. Our colleague Carolina Deluca who is starting up an art-business has made this poster for us. In the upper right corner there is a logo proposal made by Marco Kraan. Please have a look and send me your comments, both about the poster and about the logo as the logo is meant as well for future forums.
My comments to the poster: 1. The secretary mentioned must be the local at Nikhef, or shall we mention both? 2. Carolina's name and email address on the bottom may be larger, I hope more beautiful posters like this will be made for future conferences, so some better advertisement is fine with me.
The idea is to send posters to all participants of last year so they can display it in their institute, large institutes we will send more copies. Andreas can you send the participant list of last year including addresses?

The poster is great. I don't know about the logo, it's not clear to me what it shows, maybe a little too much detail.
I agree, it should have the local secretary on the poster together with the contact email.

My comments:
1. The poster looks really good!
2. Having Carolina's name and email larger: Yes!
3. Shouldn't also the local organising committee be listed in the poster? There is a challenge to fit in the space, but still...
4. The proposed Forum logo is nice, but to my taste a bit too complex, detailed. Some simplification would help when using the logo in smaller scale, e.g. in print-outs (possibly also in black&white) or on smaller screens.

The poster is indeed very nice. Besides the comments made already, may I suggest to
- make the picture on the left a bit smaller to gain some space;
- make the list of topics a bit larger so that it can be read. The organizing committee can remain small. I am not sure the local committee will fit as well, but give it try.

I agree with all the remarks made so far and especially with Burkhard's remark on the space distribution. It would be good to put the name of the local secretary and clearly bigger than all other names since this is the one that should probably be contacted first for most practical questions. You could put Claire Gibon as part of the organising committee, without mentioning that she is the secretary. Please inform your local secretary that Claire is our secretary here. She can probably assist and advice your local secretary on certain issues.
